Refuge Roasters operates in a breathtakingly beautiful, rural remote mountain town. Here are some tidbits to keep in mind when purchasing Refuge
(aka store policies):

If your package arrives damaged, unsealed or compromised please e-mail including pictures within seven business days of receiving your package to receive a replacement shipment or refund.
Allow up to four business days for your order to be packaged and ready for shipment or pick up.
Orders are mailed out Monday- Friday, UPS does not provide service to Lake City on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, please send an e-mail to initiate a refund.
Refuge Roasters does not share your information with third parties.
E-mail is the most efficient way to get a hold of the owners. Refuge is a family owned business with young children and both spouses are employed. Refuge is a growing endeavor. Thank you! We value your business.
